No more ‘salt and pepper’: Why Harry’s prosperous solo trip to New York, the UK and Africa could be the ‘beginning of the end’ for the prince and his wife Meghan Markle

Two years ago, Meghan Markle said she and Prince Harry were like “salt and pepper” because they “always go together.”

But that suddenly changed.

Harry traveled alone to New York, the UK and Africa to speak to various charities of interest to him.

It’s a shock since he’s been her subordinate lately.

Is Meghan fed up with him?

Or vice versa?

Could this be the beginning of the end of their relationship?

Meghan has been accused of abandoning many people when they are no longer useful to her.

Perhaps she feels like she has achieved global recognition and no longer needs it?

Understandably, Harry may still really miss the UK and his family and friends.

Or does he want to gather details about this family to increase his popularity and especially about the King and Princess Catherine, which he could sell?

Worse still, perhaps he fears that Meghan risks being the victim of an acid attack if she comes to the UK.

Harry’s first stop in New York was the Concordia Summit to speak about the “global mental health crisis.”

He seemed nervous and for a brief moment he clicked his fingers and fidgeted in his chair.

He suggested to the meeting that mental health should be called mental fitness.

The Duke also spoke to the two winners of the Diana Legacy Award, saying their courage gave him hope.

And he recently admitted that social media and climate change leave him “terrified” for his children, aged three and five.

The playful version of Harry from long ago suddenly appeared to join comedian Jimmy Fallon in his Halloween Haunted Maze.

He looked like a young teenager, laughing as he pretended to fight.

It was nice to see him happy, but I think it was quite inappropriate for his trip.

He also spent an hour at a tattoo shop.

His next visit was to London to attend the WellChild Awards ceremony, a charity that supports very sick children in the United Kingdom, of which he has been a patron for over 15 years.

The Prince seemed much more relaxed and loved playing with the children.

But he didn’t see any family members.

And it was no surprise that Meghan took the spotlight away.

Three magazines focused on how Meghan behaved while he was away.

“She marches like a dictator in high heels, furious and barking orders. I’ve seen her reduce grown men to tears,” a source told The Hollywood Reporter.

Harry was at the WellChild Awards when Meghan’s team broke their silence with US Weekly to hit back at accusations of bullying and say she was “kind” and “caring.”

No one needs to read a magazine to know what you need to know about Meghan.

Her bad behavior repeatedly gives her away.

In September 2019, she and Harry went to Angola to follow Princess Diana’s bravery in crossing landmines to encourage their removal.

Many children lost their legs and others were raped during the Angolan Civil War, which lasted almost three decades.

Meghan, however, showed she was focusing on herself by asking in a 2019 documentary about the couple that few people asked how she was doing.

In March 2021, she ignored calls to postpone her interview with Oprah Winfrey as the Duke of Edinburgh was dying.

He died the following month.

In May 2022, she appeared in Uvalde, Texas, where a mass school shooting occurred.

She brought a photographer with her to the event.

As for the future, they are hoping for a third tour later this year, following their almost royal trips abroad to Nigeria and Colombia.

Meghan will no doubt enjoy a lot of attention and Harry will be relegated to the background.
